If you've made your hosting plan order and added the Dedicated IP option, then your IP has allready been assigned.
If not, you can order a Dedicated IP Address from your Client area - Services - Addon. After that, please submit a Ticket asking for the IP to be assigned to your hosting account. We will get right on it!
