Per our terms of service agreement, you may not host websites for free unless they are your own. The reason why is because we monitor our servers very heavily for abusers. There's no guarantee that you will monitor your reseller account for abusers, although you are also responsible for the content they upload on our servers. With free hosting typically comes lots of abuse. Therefore, we have a strict policy to not allow it on our reseller hosting plans.
