Saturday, 27th of October, between the hours 10:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m. UTC+2 there will be some updates running on our servers. As a consequence, you might encounter some issues while accessing the Client Area and/or making new orders. Additionally, this might influence some services, but no downtime should be expected - only a slow loading of the websites at certain points.

It's seems there's been a power outage on the 20KV line, that affected 3 datacenters, including ours, where your hosting plan's servers is located. The problem seems to have been solved and the servers are now being powered on and verified, one by one to make sure there are any problems. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are hoping the servers to be operational very soon and everything to work in normal parameters once again.

There are currently over 50 technicians on site, working to solve this problem, hoewver, due to the magnitude of the incident it might take a while. 
Each Client's due date will be extended and an email will be sent informing you once the issue is solved.

MySQL system updates (Resolved)

We are currently running some updates to our MySQL system and this is causing database related errors, mail problems and slow loading of your websites.  Once the updates are over, everything will go back to normal and the server will start working at full capacity.

Server Maintenance Announcement (Resolved)

Dear customer,

You have been assigned to the n°621956 server.
This server was produced on 2015-10-30 and installed in the datacentre, in the 73B29 rack with the IP

As a preventative and exceptional measure, we need to carry out some maintenance on your server to change the processor's cooler which was mounted on your server. 

This was intended to cool CPU up to 130W for five years but it may become unreliable after three years. 
For this reason we would prefer not to take any risks and to replace it with the new latest generation cooling system which guarantees up to 180W for 10 years.   

We would like to carry out the maintenance on the 2016-07-22 at 06:00.
This will involve shutting down your server, changing the part and starting up your server again. The intervention should last between 13 and 17 minutes.
